Care for You is a small team of care professionals committed to providing quality one-to-one care with heart.
Care For You has built its service around the needs of each and every client. it listens to and consults with its clients and their families, the Care Team, and the wider care community.
Care For You is a privately owned organisation providing in home care for people with disabilities (attendant care) throughout the State of Victoria. We commenced operation on the 1st of July 2004 at our principal office in Moonee Ponds, Victoria.
We are committed to our Vision - "to provide the BEST care" and we are fully accountable to our clients, carers and funding organisations. We are solely focused on providing the best care and we continuously innovate to ensure we do this.
At Care For You we provide:
- Professionally supported one-to-one home based care Expert specialist care for clients with SCI & ABI Assistance with daily living tasks Community and recreation access
- Care For You is available 24 hours seven days per week.
- Care For You is Transport Accident Commission (TAC), Victorian WorkCover Authority (VWA) and Department of Human Services (DHS) approved.
